What happens if my order is delayed in transit?
All orders are carefully packaged to protect fragrance integrity during transit. Once a package has been handed to the carrier, delivery timelines are beyond our control. The Scent Garden is not responsible for carrier delays after an order has been shipped.
Fragrance quality is not compromised by standard shipping durations. Ground shipping timelines within the continental US are well within safe parameters for fragrance preservation.
Why can't I get expedited shipping?
Due to hazmat shipping regulations, all fragrance orders must be shipped via ground transportation. We are unable to offer air or expedited shipping options. Ground shipping timelines within the continental US are well within safe parameters for fragrance preservation.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
Address changes must be requested before your order is fulfilled or handed to the carrier. Contact us immediately at decants@thescentgardenllc.com. Once an order has shipped, we cannot make address changes.

What is a decant?
A decant is a smaller sample of a fragrance transferred directly from the original bottle. Decants allow you to explore and enjoy luxury and niche fragrances without committing to a full bottle. All of our decants are sourced from authentic bottles purchased directly from authorized retailers.
How should I store my fragrance decants?
Store your decants away from direct sunlight, heat, and humidity. A cool, dark place such as a drawer or cabinet is ideal. Proper storage will preserve the integrity of your fragrance for years.
Are your decants authentic?
Absolutely. We source all of our fragrances from authorized retailers. Every fragrance in our collection is 100% authentic.
Orders & Policies
Can I return a fragrance because I don't like the scent?
Due to the hygienic nature of fragrance products, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. We encourage customers to read product descriptions carefully and to test cautiously if prone to fragrance sensitivities or allergies.
