Shipping policy

  • Items are shipped out within one to two business days of receiving the order providing the items are in stock. 
  • If there are unforeseen events we will notify you with the option of a later delivery or your money refunded. 
  • Due to hazmat shipping regulations items are only shipped via ground transportation.  This may take longer depending also on weather or other mitigating circumstances that are not within our control. 
  • If the store is closed or on vacation this will be noted in the store prior to your purchase and a time frame will be provided for your order's fulfillment.  

 

  • Shipping Address Policy

    Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your order. By placing an order, you confirm that the shipping address provided is correct.

    If you notice an address error after placing your order, contact us immediately at decants@thescentgardenllc.com. We will do our best to accommodate changes if your order has not yet been fulfilled.

    Please note:

    • Address change requests must be submitted before your order is fulfilled or handed to the carrier, whichever comes first
    • We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been handed to the carrier
    • Orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address are not eligible for a free reship or refund
    • If a package is returned to us by the carrier due to an address error, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at your expense

     

  • The Scent Garden is not responsible for packages delivered to addresses entered incorrectly at checkout, including addresses auto-filled by third-party services such as Shop Pay.
