Overall vibe
Dark chocolate, toasted nuts and warm woods, wrapped in a soft veil of orris and benzoin.
Lust Oud Delice is gourmand, but not gooey. The opening is rich and unmistakably chocolatey, with hazelnut and walnut giving it a roasted, nutty character. As it develops, benzoin, orris, cypriol and sandalwood pull the fragrance away from dessert and into something darker, drier and more sophisticated.
The oud is present, but surprisingly smooth. It adds depth rather than turning the fragrance into an oud bomb.
Longevity
Very good to excellent. Lust Oud Delice is an extrait, and community ratings currently put its longevity at 8.1/10. Individual reports range from around 9 hours to well over 12 hours on skin.
Projection
Moderate to good. It has a noticeable presence, particularly in the opening, but it doesn't necessarily fill a room. Several wearers report that it settles into a substantial but more controlled scent cloud after the first hour.
When / Where to Wear
Excellent for fall and winter, evenings, dinners, dates and going out. It's also the kind of gourmand that can work beautifully when you want something sensual rather than obviously sweet.

If you like Mugler A*Men, Lust Oud Delice is worth sampling. There is a similar dark-chocolate/coffee-like gourmand territory, but Lust Oud Delice is smoother and more refined, with hazelnut, walnut, orris, benzoin and oud replacing A*Men's more overtly patchouli-heavy character. Some wearers have independently made this comparison.
If you like Kilian Black Phantom, try Lust Oud Delice. Both combine dark gourmand notes with woods and a darker, almost boozy atmosphere, but Lust Oud Delice is much more specifically about chocolate and nuts, with a smoother and less overtly alcoholic character.
If you like Maison Tahité Cacao2, Lust Oud Delice takes chocolate in a much darker direction. The chocolate is still recognizable, but the woods, oud and benzoin make the overall fragrance less like a confection and more like a rich perfume.
