Overall vibe:
Creamy, comforting, and surprisingly realistic, Rice Makgeolli captures the experience of drinking freshly poured Korean rice wine from a chilled bowl. The scent opens with soft steamed rice and milky nuances, followed by a subtle fermented tang that makes it feel authentic rather than sugary.

There's a gentle nuttiness running throughout—reminiscent of rice powder, almond, and toasted grains—while soft musks and creamy woods create a warm, skin-like finish. The overall effect is cozy, nostalgic, and intimate: less "perfume" and more "comforting memory."

Longevity:
5–8 hours (moderate; wears close to the skin and becomes increasingly creamy as it develops)

Projection:
Soft. Creates a delicate aura in the first hour before settling into a comforting skin scent with a subtle milky-rice trail.

When / where to wear:

  • Everyday comfort scent
  • Cozy indoor days
  • Fall and winter especially
  • Bedtime or self-care moments
  • Coffee shops, bookstores, and quiet weekends
  • Situations where you want to smell comforting and approachable

Best for:

  • People who love realistic rice fragrances
  • Fans of lactonic, milky scents that aren't overly sweet
  • Those who enjoy intimate, skin-close perfumes
  • Anyone looking for a unique gourmand that feels sophisticated rather than dessert-like
  • Lovers of comforting, nostalgic fragrances
