This is one of the most refined "clean skin" fragrances ever made, but it's not modern laundry-clean. It's old-world Parisian glamour viewed through a soft-focus lens. Think Catherine Deneuve in the 1970s rather than a contemporary white-musk scent. 

Longevity:
8–12 hours (excellent; the orris butter, rice powder, and vetiver linger beautifully on skin while remaining soft and close throughout the wear)
