FRAGRANCE NOTES "Z"

Fragrance notes beginning with "Z" are primarily zesty citruses, cooling spices, and unique botanicals.

Zanthoxylum: Also known as Sichuan Pepper, this note provides a spicy, lemony, and slightly numbing aromatic quality.

Zedoary (White Turmeric): A root-derived note that offers a warm, camphoraceous, and spicy scent similar to ginger but with a more medicinal edge.

Zest: While often categorized by specific fruits (like lemon or orange), "zest" is used as a general accord to describe the bright, sparkling, and oily aroma of citrus peels.

Zingiber: The botanical name for Ginger, which adds a fresh, sharp, and fiery spiciness to top and heart notes.

Zinnia: A floral note used to provide a colorful, dry, and slightly peppery garden aroma.

Ziziphus (Jujube): A fruit note that brings a sweet, date-like, and slightly musky scent to gourmand or fruity compositions.
